FAQ
What kind of device is Hyper Poration Pro?
A dedicated facial care machine equipped with five functions in a single unit: cavitation, ultrasonic & electro-cleansing, electroporation, iontophoresis, and microcurrent. From cleansing to delivering cosmetic ingredients to the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the skin) and finishing care, everything can be performed on one device.
What kind of courses can be created with just one unit?
The workflow—cleansing (scrubber) → delivery to the stratum corneum (electroporation / iontophoresis) → finishing (microcurrent)—can be completed without switching machines. With clearly defined steps, it is easy to justify menu pricing to clients.

What is the difference between electroporation and iontophoresis?
Iontophoresis delivers ionized water-soluble ingredients to the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the skin) using weak electric currents, while electroporation uses electrical pulses to create temporary pathways. Electroporation is generally considered better suited for larger molecular-weight ingredients.

What is the microcurrent function used for?
This process delivers an extremely mild microcurrent in microampere units, ideal for the finishing step of facial care. Because clients feel almost no stimulation, it can easily be incorporated around the eyes and mouth.

Can I use my existing serums?
We recommend pairing it with "Meso Serum Prime," a serum formulated specifically for infusion. Whether your existing cosmetics can be used depends on their ingredients and device settings, so please consult with us.
What claims are permissible in promotional materials?
Expressions that exceed the recognized scope of cosmetic efficacy, such as "spots disappear" or "cures acne," cannot be used. Please also avoid expressions that imply parity with medical care, such as "clinic-level."
Can it perform treatments similar to HIFU?
No, you cannot. HIFU procedures have been designated by notices from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Japan) as medical acts that can only be performed by physicians. Hyper Poration Pro is not a HIFU device.
Are there any clients who cannot receive sessions?
There are cases where sessions should be avoided, such as for individuals with pacemakers, metal implants, or those who are pregnant. We cover these in the adoption training and guide you on operational protocols to check and record during client consultations.
How much does it cost?
Estimates are provided individually as pricing varies depending on the method of adoption and contract terms. In addition to purchasing, adoption via a flat-rate monthly subscription is also available.
Can I try a demo before adoption?
We offer free demos. Please evaluate adoption after experiencing the session feel and treatment time from a client's perspective.
Is training provided?
Yes, we offer it. In addition to operation, we cover indications, contraindications, counseling, and how to build menus. As a manufacturer operating directly-managed salons, we provide guidance tailored to your shop.
Can salons new to facial care also introduce this equipment?
Yes, you can introduce it. Since it provides a complete regimen from cleansing to finishing in a single unit, structuring courses is simple, making it easy to introduce even for salons offering facial care for the first time.
