It has recently come to our attention that similar and counterfeit products of our "Hyper Knife®" series are being used in aesthetic salons nationwide.
These imitation and counterfeit products do not meet our quality control standards in terms of shape, labeling, and other specifications, and they differ significantly in quality. We take these matters very seriously and intend to deal strictly with imitation and counterfeit products to prevent the situation from escalating and to protect our customers from harm.
We kindly urge everyone to exercise utmost caution when using online auctions or engaging in transactions between individuals.

How to identify authentic products
- Certificate displaying the latest year and salon nameSalons that have officially adopted the Hyper Knife® series possess a certificate issued by our company stating the 'latest year' and 'salon name.' Certificates dated 2025 or earlier are invalid.
- Special hologram sealSpecial hologram stickers are affixed to the main units, accessories, and certificates of Hyper Knife 7 and Hyper Knife EX.
- Purchase DMK and DMK Stick at Authorized RetailersProducts obtained through peer-to-peer channels such as social media and flea market apps have caused frequent issues, including opened packages and altered contents, with no way to verify authenticity.

- We cannot guarantee product quality for items purchased outside of authorized dealers.Regardless of whether a serial number is present, we cannot guarantee quality. We do not wholesale to e-commerce websites under any circumstances.
- Regarding damages caused by counterfeit and imitation productsPlease note that we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for damages, disadvantages, or losses arising from counterfeit goods, imitations, opened products, or purchases made from non-authorized dealers.
- Regarding pre-owned Hyper Knife 1 to 5Repair support and overhaul services upon used purchase for main units and accessories will end on March 31, 2027; from April 2027 onward, even if purchased used, issuance of official certificates and repair support will no longer be available (Notice of Termination of Repair Services）。
